Does this sound like you two?

The same argument, in slightly different packaging.

Feeling more like roommates than partners. Rebuilding after hurt or betrayal. Struggling to talk about sex and desire. Wondering how you got so far from the connection you once had.

My goal is to help slow those cycles down, understand what is happening underneath them, and create new ways of relating that feel more honest, secure and connected.

Communication that goes in circles

You both know the script by heart, and neither of you likes how it ends.

Trust after hurt or betrayal

Rebuilding with structure and honesty, at a pace both of you can actually hold.

Sex, desire and intimacy

A sex-positive, judgment-free place to say what has been hard to say out loud.

Roommate mode

Life logistics are handled. The two of you, not so much.

Agreements and structures

Opening up, closing, renegotiating, or making room for more than two. Without judgment.

Blended and chosen families

New roles, old patterns, and everyone trying to belong at the same table.

What the first month can look like

A gentle arc, never a script.

  1. Before

    A free 15-minute call

What brings you in, what you hope changes, and whether working together feels like a good fit. Questions about fees, format and scheduling welcome.

  2. Session 1

    Getting to know you both

A get-to-know-you conversation, not an interrogation. Your story as a couple, what is working, and what keeps showing up.

  3. Sessions 2 to 3

    Mapping the cycle

We look at the pattern underneath the arguments: the moves each of you makes, what they protect, and how they set the other off. The cycle becomes the problem, not either of you.

  4. Week 4 and on

    Practicing new moves

Small, practical tools between sessions, in your private client portal, and space in session to try new ways of reaching for each other.

Illustrative only. This is how couples work often unfolds, not a client story. Every couple sets its own pace, and client stories always stay confidential.

Couples questions

Things couples often ask first.

What if one of us is more ready than the other?

Very common. Hesitant partners are welcome exactly as they are. Showing up is enough to begin.

Will you take sides?

No. We look at the patterns happening between you, not at who is supposedly “the problem.”

We are not monogamous. Is that OK?

Absolutely. Polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous relationships are welcomed and affirmed. Nothing to explain or defend.

Telehealth or in person?

Both: telehealth from anywhere in Florida, or in person in Miami. Extended 110-minute sessions are available too.

You don’t have to have the right words yet.

Book a free call together, or one of you can reach out first. Either is a good start.
